Hairs everywhere, dirty sheets with sand, and a filthy remote. It made the whole experience feel really gross. Never again!

We liked the hotel and Wildwood, had 2 fun filled days there. Its staff was attentive and professional. This venue was located in a central area close to boardwalk and the beach.
Facilities were great, even so Wi-Fi was rather slow.

We had a really great stay during our weekend.

On the upside, the indoor pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. the outside noise on the 3rd floor was unbearable, with loud music and disruptive guests, making it challenging to relax with my family. The facilities were dated, with thin towels and minimal amenities like a hairdryer or iron. The staff interaction was also subpar, with rude maids and unsettling encounters with the front desk staff. the noise from the rooftop gym and pool opening early in the morning was disturbing, and the lack of proper room security was concerning after someone entered our room unexpectedly. I hope the management addresses these concerns to improve the quality of stay.

Room 218 had potential but ultimately fell short. Spacious, clean, and smoke-free—those are the positives. The refrigerator was a generous size, perfect for our meal prep. Proximity to restaurants and the boardwalk is a definite advantage. the bathroom left much to be desired. A malfunctioning toilet shouldn't require manual intervention. the window screen was torn, and cleanliness behind the toilet was not up to standard. Staffing issues arose, particularly with a lack of responsiveness and attitude at the front desk. Noise during the Memorial weekend was unbearable. This is not the experience I've come to expect. For the price, the accommodations should be far better. A reconsideration is essential for the next visit.

Comfortable and clean stay near the beach
I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Bolero Resort. The rooms are spacious, with comfy beds that ensured a good night's rest. The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and boardwalk.

place was great location, family-friendly and perfect. An indoor pool and an outdoor one at 1 block from the sea and bordway.
The kitchened had 1 out of 2 rounds of defective.

the staff very well
a small bedside table would have been appreciated,. a coffee machine would have been very useful. a hook for clothes in the bathroom would have been very useful and a small shelf near the sink, not much room for our things in the toilet.

The room was spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. The beds were incredibly comfy, offering a restful night's sleep. noise was an issue; music from the pool area could be heard late into the night. Temperature control was adequate but not stellar. The bathroom had some quirks, like a slow-filling toilet and a unique setup with the shampoo stations. While the bathroom towels were small and not plush, they served their purpose. The TV was outdated, lacking smart features, which was disappointing. the bed comfort and room size were significant positives, despite the minor drawbacks.

The hotel is very well located, 2 minutes walk and you are on the Wildwood Boardwalk in the centre of town. The beach is also 2 minutes away from the hotel, but when you get to the beach you have a 5 minute walk to the water. Clean hotel, maid comes every day.
We were on the third floor and there was no elevator to take our luggage up. The parking lot near the hotel is very small. The first night we had to park in a parking lot across the street at the other end of our hotel. When you have to empty your car of your luggage it's not practical at all.

Check-in was smooth, and the live music in the evening was a nice treat. The stairs to the room were a hassle, and some staff seemed unfriendly.
